1) Go through the Midtown tunnel
2) Take first exit after tunnel: Right onto Wesley Street
3) Turn right at first light onto Chautauqua Avenue
4) Take Chautauqua to end: Turn left onto Bayview Blvd.
5) Bayview turns into Rt. 164
6) Exit off Rt. To Towne Point Road
7) Turn left onto Towne Point Road (which turns into Poplar Hill Road)
8) Go 2 ½ blocks- Churchland Medical and Professional Center is on right
9) Suite E is in the back of the 3800 Building

E) From NORFOLK OR VIRGINIA BEACH THROUGH THE DOWNTOWN TUNNEL:
1) Take Rt. 264 West to Frederick Blvd (Rt.17 North)
2) Turn Right onto Frederick Blvd.; Take until it ends
3) At the end of Frederick Blvd., turn Left onto High Street
